The various elements used in assessing the lymphedema patient are presented. These include History and Physical examination measurements that limb circumference, volume, bio-impedence spectroscopy. In addition, different imaging techniques to assess lymphatic system discussed. Finally, a treatment algorithm is presented for of patient.
